Code completion stops working while running class via main

Hi,

I noticed that if I happen to run a class via its main method using 
right-click=>Run (e.g. to test out a long running process) and then try to 
continue coding, the code completion functionality stops working until the 
process completes. This happens even if the code bases are unrelated.  Anyone 
know why this could be?
