Hi Mike,

 

It looks like Nifi thinks my system is x86 when it is actually 64bit.  Is there 
a way to switch this to 64 to match the actual machine?

Eric,

It says your CPU is x86, not x64. Do you have 8GB of RAM to allocate to the 
JVM? (That's what Xmx8g means) 32bit VMs are typically only provisioned with 
less than 4GB of RAM.

I would expect the files that are loaded that cause the error would get routed, 
but instead it appears as though it eventually just stops accepting new files 
all together since the queue



 

No errors in nifi-bootstrap.log.  It runs for a while then gradually slows down 
and stops processing new files.

 

Tried increase the memory heap to 1,024 MB, but got an error when tried to 
follow the

 recommended 8g settings.
