I have a task to configure a content inspecting proxy between to NiFi sites. The sites are setup such that the PRIVATE site pulls data from the PUBLIC site. The proxy device may block either the request from the PRIVATE site (if it contains sensitive information) or the response from the PUBLIC site (if it contains malicious or malformed data). Are there specific recommended HTTP codes that the NiFi responds to in the site-to-site flow that the proxy should use to indicate that the request or reply was blocked or failed for other reasons?
