where is it?

I've tried the link provided at
http://openjpa.apache.org/downloads-nightly.html

https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/openjpa/apache-openjpa/2.3.0-SNAPSHOT/

but it only shows maven metadata.
