I've got a NOAA Chart that is being served up via WMS that I would like to use with a Google Map base layer. The issue is I want the Chart layer rendered first, then Google layer so the land will be visible, but the chart shows in the ocean. The chart is being served up via Tilecache. With a normal WMS query, you can specify the layer rendering order to achieve the same effect, however I am unsure if this is possible when mixing in a Google layer. I'd appreciate any pointers to if this is possible.
