Thank you Stephen. Shame on me, digging deeper I realized I can't even make the original example page work correctly on my PC. I stucked thinking the problem was the the KML file, but even changing everything on the page to absolute www paths (including the kml file) and executing it locally works. I can't see the marker layer. So the problem is elsewere.
I keep on lame on the code. Thanks a lot by the way.
