Agreed. The attitude of your email seems to be "It is your responsibility to tell me how to do this"; this is not true and not likely to get you a response. At no point in your question did you indicate that you had started on something and run into a specific problem; instead, you seem to be looking to someone to give you a solution. In general, if you want a solution to a general need, the way to do it is to build it yourself (and ask when you have specific, narrowly scoped problems), or pay someone to do it.
