Yes exactly, i don't need to do anything manually...
Now that the SNAPSHOT repo is set on my 'project.clj' , maven will look
for a newer version whenever i do 'lein deps' to refresh my dependencies
(not on the same day i think)...The only real inconsistency is the fact
that at home i don't need the SNAPSHOT repo cos i 've installed the jars
on my local ~/.m2/ repo, whereas at the office i'm using the online
SNAPSHOT repo...there should not be any problems unless changes are made
that are not backwards compatible...

Thanks Jorn!
It turns out i can simply add the following line:
*repositories: {"opennlp-SNAPSHOT" "https://repository.apache.**
org/content/groups/snapshots/<https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/>
"**}*
to my 'project.clj' file in order to instruct leiningen to search there
as well! No need to get down and dirty with maven poms! :-)
BTW, the jars i got back have some numbers at the end...are these updated
versions?
Thats a generated snapshot version, so you end up with a specific version,
otherwise
you don't really know with which version you are dealing. You need to
manually
update it when there is a newer one.
