You will have to edit the file

C:\Users\Kate\Downloads\OpenNLP\apache-opennlp-1.5.2-
incubating\bin\opennlp.bat

Use a text editor, like Notepad.
Replace 4096 at line

%JAVA_CMD% -Xmx4096m -jar %OPENNLP_HOME%\lib\opennlp-tools-*.jar %*

by 1024, so you have:

%JAVA_CMD% -Xmx1024m -jar %OPENNLP_HOME%\lib\opennlp-tools-*.jar %*

Save it and try again.
