No, I think Bert, as a user, was forwarding this message to the list just to let us know that people are selling that software.

Of course, I have no way to know whether they are selling OpenOffice, or a derivative of OpenOffice, or OpenOffice bundled with malware/spyware, or software that is totally unrelated to OpenOffice.

For sure they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenOffice project. They also where never authorized to use the OpenOffice name, branding or trademarks, so if you see evidence of them using OpenOffice trademarks on their pages please report this to priv...@openoffice.apache.org
