It has the “Finders" icon in front of the quotation mark and the small number
(-1712) just below the message.
Error 1712 refers to an application "timing out."
Open "Activity Monitor.app" (Applications/Utilities in Finder)
Look for OpenOffice under "Process Name"
Force quit OpenOffice.
And/or try restarting your computer.
