This is a known issue with with AOO V4.1.0 and is documented in the Release Notes at the following link: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+4.1+Release+Notes#AOO4.1ReleaseNotes-KnownIssues. It is the next to the last entry in that section and gives a work around. It has also been fixed in AOO 4.1.1 which is the latest revision which also many other bug fixes. Regards Keith
