You installed a third-party extension, OOOP, that the OpenOffice project has no control upon. This extension specifies an invalid update feed (to be precise: the extension specifies that update information for that extension must be downloaded form a URL that no longer exists).
Since OpenOffice can't do anything about this, you can solve this either by uninstalling the extension or by asking its maintainer to provide a fixed version. You can find more information in the list archives.
