Dear Apache I run your Calc program as a data base and it has given me good service for what I need. Compared to the complexity of computing I am low on the list of competence but I get by. My question is regarding backing up to USB stick.
For many back ups it has always produced an .ods file which is the format being used, however it now produces .pdf files, despite not being specified. If it is necessary to recover the file does it make an .ods file,which is better from my point of view or .pdf. Is this behaviour a fault or, more possibly am I doing some thing wrong .
