not sure this is going to be helpful but when backspacing did you have an extra
space in your macro that didn't get deleted?

Subject: Basic IDE crashes after deleting line(s)

Just installed OO 4.1.2. I opened a blank Calc document and went to Tools
->
Macros -> Organize Macros -> OpenOffice Basic. From the OpenOffice
Basic
Macros dialog I selected "Edit" on the "Main" macro in Module1. I
can add new
lines to the macro, but the IDE crashes if I try to delete a
line (pressing
"backspace" from column 1 of a line).

I'm running Windows 7. This problem
also occured on OO 4.1.1. I tried
deleting my user profile but the problem
persists.

Thanks!
