There is no time limit on the program and no need to subscribe/resubscribe as 
the program is free.  Most likely your computer closed abnormally (crashed) and 
there are left-over elements of the program running, which prevent it starting 
correctly.  If you are using Windows, start TaskManager (Ctrl Shift Esc) and 
kill any "soffice" processes shown running on TaskManager's Processes tab 
(Details tab if Win 10).  Note these are called "soffice" with an initial "s".

When these are deleted OpenOffice should start up correctly.

download.openoffice.org
