Do you mean the faint guide lines that delimit the labels but which are not part of what is printed? These are controlled by the setting at Tools | Options... | OpenOffice | Appearance | Custom colours | General | Object boundaries. You will need to have that option ticked and its "Colour setting" set to a suitable colour: Automatic should suffice.
