The installation will remove 4.1.2 and replace it with 4.1.5.

If for some reason you need both versions available there is a way it
can be done but requires a lot of manual intervention and is not
recommended for the average user.

Although you don't need to clean up the program you have downloaded the installation file probably to your download directory. When you install OpenOffice it create a directory with installation files normally on your Desktop these files and directory for
the 4.1.2 release are obsolete and can be deleted.
