SourceForge provides download services for Apache OpenOffice. The redirection 
is correct.

If this bothers you for whatever reason you can find your package here 
http://www.apache.org/dist/openoffice/4.1.6/binaries/.

Choose the folder for your language and then the install package for your 
operating system. (Use information from the SourceForge download to figure 
which is proper for you.)
