I've attached the files. > Best Regards, > Rachel Hi Rachel, At first glance it seemed the solution would be to close Apache OpenOffice and delete the lock file .~lock.tracy emin.odt# Unfortunately this will not fully resolve your issue because the actual tracy emin.odt document has been totally corrupted and is unrecoverable by normal means.
