Good morning I help an elderly man at his house daily and he can still use his computer quite well. However he receives emails with attachments that use your app. When he clicks on the attachment it says it has stopped responding. He uses a Mac Desktop and I won’t know his information till I go back down there. I have done a force close on it thinking that might help, it did not I’m sorry to say. It’s not detrimental to have it working just frustrating when he does receive his emails occasionally. Thankyou for your time Yours Victoria bunch
