Hi, I'm using Chrome. Open Office 4.1.10. With my old printer a envelope box came up on Office that allowed me to print the completed envelope. Now, a box comes up that has "envelope,format printer" across the top. After I fill out the envelope and format. Nothing happens when I hit printer. I'm not using Label Wizard or anything else. And, I have no problems printing anything else. Thanks for you help. JP

Linux, Mac, Solaris, Windows, etc.) you are using? * Which version of Apache OpenOffice you are using? * What you mean by "A different print box comes up"? Different from what? * Are you using the "Labels Wizard" or something else? * Do you experience this issue when printing as normal document?
