I'm not sure I did what you asked. I renamed the folder in which OpenOffice is located, the that is not the application file that starts the program. I don't know where to find that, it that's what I was supposed to rename. Anyway, this didn't work. It seemed to work for part of a day and then is started freezing again Now I can't even start it. I'll have to erase it and download a fresh copy.
