Win 11 Update destroyed User Ability

Hi, Since Win 11 latest update I can now no longer see such icons as 'Bold,
Italics, Underline, Left, Center, Right and Justify'. These, in my opinion,
are the most important icons which I can no longer see. Is there a fix to
make them darker?
