It doesn' t necessarily mean the OO code had malware, just that it was an
unsigned executable. Windows 11 now also prevents unsigned apps from
running, by default, showing a "blue shileld" screen.

On Win11, you disable it using the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc).
