Latest Dutch dictionary is here: https://github.com/OpenTaal/opentaal-hunspell. Mind you it is from 2021. Put it (if you are on Windows) in: C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\share\wordbook, i.e. in a directory\nl Extensions page is not functional anymore.
