OO Draw, drawing a circular array

Hello.

I would like to draw a circular array. ( A circle withn circular increments
in various degrees.)

See attached example which is not my project but shows what I’m aiming for.

Is this possible in Draw? If yes, can you tell me how? I did not succeed.
