At https://www.openoffice.org/distribution/cdrom/, the OpenOffice people
say they will no longer provide a list of places to buy CD's until they
can 'give users greater assurance that they are receiving the latest
version of OpenOffice'. The similar LibreOffice project doesn't seem to
mention buying CD's at all.
May I ask why you want to buy a CD instead of downloading the software
directly and for no cost?
