Do you mean the latest officially released pre-beat or the latest in between pre-release.
Latest official one is 1.9.74.
The latest unofficial is 1.9.76.
1.9.77 is the last unofficial... You can download these versions through here: http://ftp.stardiv.de/pub/OpenOffice.org/developer/
Remember they yet are unstable and are *not* intended to day by day job, office or homework. If this is your intention keep using the 1.1.x releases and wait until the official 2.0 (at least the beta one or the RCs).
