[users] "No content"?

I've been using O.O. 1.1.4 on Windows ME. Today I suddenly got a "Windows 
Security Alert" and my computer shut down. When it re-started, a screen came up 
saying: "Open Office.org cannot be started due to an error in accessing the 
Open Office. org configuration data. Please contact your system administrator. 
{I don't have one}
The following internal error has occurred GetStorage, name: 'No content!"
Open Office 1.1.4 doesn't show up in "Search"
What can I do?
