Dear Folkes;
I want to thank everyone for taking time out of
their busy schedules to help a fellow user. Your
suggestions helped to a point, but some files are a
lost cause. I had a veteran programmer examine those
4-5 files. However, most of my book related files will
now open. Even though I have written freelance
magazine features for years, on a variety of different
systems, I never really had the time to take computer
courses or had a close friend who could sit down and
explain some computer "things" in simple language. So
the computers and I have always been
"close" (due to the nature of my work), but I never
had the opportunity to really know how they operated.
Again, I am very grateful to my helpers one and all.
