You probably have solved this problem already, but if not, then all you need
to do is to use styles e.g. use the Stylist (Format -> Stylist) and double
click on the "Heading 1" style to mark the current text as a chapter name,
then "Insert" -> "Header" and "Insert" -> "Field" -> Other -> Document ->
Chapter -> Chapter Name.
