I don't quite get what you're trying to tell us, using the webspace
provided by the provider (err.. yes..) shouldn't make it necessary to
think about doing the firewalling yourself, but anyway, there are so
many free webspace providers out there, see
http://www.freewebspace.net/, that it shouldn't be a problem to find one
that suits the need to just temporarily publish 1-2 files. I, for
example, would use http://rapidshare.de/ for instant access.

Well, then deselect it and select some other. There is a preview that
shows you what happens and how the data splits up in columns.

In the import dialog switch from "Separated by" to "Fixed width" and set
the columns in the ruler of the preview window.
