Do you mean merely selecting strikethrough as a Font attribute?
1. select text you want to strikethrough
2. click Format-Character
3. select Font Effects Tab
4. open Strikethrough drop-down list
5. select type of strikethrough you want to use (single, double, bold,
with
X, with /)
6. click OK
