[users] How to change language on open office 1.1

I just installed Mandrake Linux 10.1 and when I open Open Office it  opens in 
English, but when I try to open word or a spreadsheet, it is in spanish.  Do 
I have to do a full re-install or is there a way to do it with what I have on 
the machine now?
