I think what your asking is for the 'note' (insert>note) functionality
to contain a lookup to the first sheet based on the number in the cell
(on sheet 2).

Typically the formula would be something like a vlookup, but I don't
believe you can embed these into 'notes'. One suggestion would be to
create a column with the vlookup formula on the second sheet then hide
that column so it does not get messed with or altered.
