Well, The database is in the software files and not in the sxw file so it will not come with the document. I don't know any easier method than the following ones:
A. Copying the bibligraphy file (C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\OpenOffice.org1.9.95\user\database) to the other computer to the same location or B. copying it to another location and modifying the registered databases (Tools->Options->OpenOffice Base->Databases->Edit "Bibliography"->change the location of the document). The first one is probably the easiest if you want to do it only a few times, but if you want to do it regularely, it might be a good idea to change the location of the database to a more accessible location. I hope that you have understood what I am saying and that it helped you, Andrew P.S: If you want to get into something much more sophisticated (having the database on a web server and not needing to transfer it each time), you should look into something like a SDBC Driver, but that is much more advanced and I don't think that that corresponds to your needs. on 25.04.2005 09:15 Frederic Wenzel said the following: >Hello everybody, > >I recently began to use the OOo bibliography database for writing >scientific documents.
