Its the same program. If you share your PC - other people have their own
windows logins then set it up in multiuser mode when it prompts you to. 
Actually, I would pick multiuser (what MS calls everyone - or All Users) just
incase you ever decide to use seperate windows accounts (ie: one for a husband,
1 for a wife, 1 for a kid, etc...)
