Ok, if I understand the problem right, you have an Excel document and you open it in Open Office. When you open it in Open Office Calc, all the dates are changed? Highlight all the cells that are displayed wrong (assuming they are all dates), Select format, and then Cells. On the first tab you can select what type of number is being put in. You will need to select the date format, and then however you prefer the date. Your example didn't help me much because I don't speak that language. Maybe someone else understood the example better.
