I haven't been able to find where you can set the default action for
this
field in either 1.1.4 or 1.9.95. You can change the format by right
clicking on it and adjusting it from there. I suppose you could just use
the ctrl-F2 key combo to bring up the field dialog box and select the date
and format from there.
