Once Beta2.0 Release Candidate is produced it will be able to be
downloaded. Orders will probably not be required.

Generally if you posed a question to an incorrect list they will soon
advise the correct one.

I've only used online references so cannot comment on preferred print ones.
Version 2.0 user guide is being worked on at the moment and I believe
that aim is to ship it (electronically) with the 'release candidate'
version of 2.0 . More information the intentions of this group can be
