I'm sure there would be a way to have a macro trawl through a column and apply a font/size/attribute change to a particular part of the cell. To make it easier you would probably be best to have some identifier that could be searched in the cell to delineate the area.
eg, Using - "Smith, Bob : 12 Nowhere Rd, Somewhere" as the contents of the cell. I'm sure it would be possible to search and alter everything up to the first ":" I'm certainly no expert on writing macro's however, but I do suggest the following book: http://www.pitonyak.org/oo.php Others on the list may be able to assist more on this point. Another question - does it have to be in calc.
