because you lack the knowledge or tools to use it.

Just guessing, I think that may be because I
didn't click on "Donations" while selecting
the options to proceed. I didn't try to donate
because I would like to see it in action first.
That was a good choice for me, because after
14 minutes of downloading at 88 Kb/second,
I couldn't do anything with that download except
delete it again.
