Excuse me. But I do not find any "handles" (in the French version 
1.1.4.). Sometimes the sign "+" shows up, but no means to move the limit 
of the note. It bothers me, because with MS Excel, I did not have that 
problem.

it will show up in four lines : "Décision tout à " / "fait" /
"anticonstitutionn" / "elle" - where "anticonstitutionnelle" is a single
word, but split in two parts ! I would like to decide e.g. to make 2
lines only of similar length "Décision tout à fait" /

How do others manage this kind of things ?
