You will find the shortcuts to start the OOo (OpenOffice.org) programs in your "Start -> All Programs -> OpenOffice.org 2.4" menu. By the way. Please do not write in all upper case (capital) letters. In emails, it is equivalent to shouting and is generally considered to be impolite. Hope this helps.
