Linux, Mac, Solaris, Windows, etc.) you are using, but since your message was created with Incredimail, I will guess some flavour of Windows. If this is the case, you uninstall OOo (OpenOffice.org) the same way as you uninstall any Windows program, via the Windows Control Panel -> Add & Remove Programs.
