Can you detail what you did and why you > think you can't. I have OOo 1.1.4 on a Mandriva 10.1 Linux OS. I opened a spreadsheet and entered information in a cell. I highlighted the imput line, Control+C, clicked on another cell, and Control+V. The information from the first cell was pasted to the other cell.
