Sorry, I misread your question. I am fairly certain that you can
not do what you want.
This is because OOo 1.1.4 used a dBase database. In essence, each
table of the database was a separate *.dbf file. The form used for a
table in the database was a separate *.sxw file.
In OOo 1.9.100, the native database is still based upon dBase, but
it is and embedded file. This means all the tables, queries, forms, and
reports are all contained in the same file. It also means that all
forms must be recreated. However, the steps to creating a form in
1.9.100 are very close to what you did in the 1.1.4.
The steps for creating a form using 1.9.100 are part of the
document: Getting Started with Base. Location:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/index.html
I also believe that the best way to move databases from 1.1.4 to
1.9.100 is to follow the steps to creating a new database and selecting
"Connet to an existing database". These steps are also contained in the
document I just mentioned.
One more thing: I would appreciate any feedback on this document
you may have. I wrote it, and I would like to know its good as well as
its bad points. I would also like to know what kinds of scripts you
added to your form in 1.1.4 and how you did this.
