I have written a small perl script (as CGI) nd put it into my cgi-bin
directory of my webserver and executed it there...

Since hy Webhoster put aal things per user onthe same machine I have
super fast access from my webspace to my IMAP accounts...

Arround 180 times faster then over the Internet

I sucked the list of messages and deleted it by ID after filtering for
the "From:"

However, my Hoster was not realy happy with this soulution since it
increased the load on the machine by the faktor 300. The script was
runing with the speed the machine can support... :-)

It was a job of some minutes but trigered immediatly an alarm @ISP.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
