It doesn't look like yours, and none of them are exactly right.
*Your PDF:* - Check boxes are gone - I can't input things on the empty lines (it was possible with the original file) - Empty lines are positioned a bit too high, maybe 1 or 2 mm *My PDF:* - Check boxes are replaced by an "r" with a different font - I can't input things on the empty lines - Some lines are too long (maybe a font issue) So there is still no way to fill in a PDF form and save it properly… (I've tried a few other applications, but no luck so far) J.R.
